(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam has just commented on the submission of the brief summary report on nomination of Yen Tu Monuments and Landmarks Complex to UNESCO to be included in the World Heritage List.
At the foot of Yen Tu Mountain, visitors will find the Truc Lam Yen Tu Cultural Centre, built in 2018 in the architectural style of the 13th Tran dynasty. |
The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the Vietnam National Committee for UNESCO, the People's Committees of Quang Ninh, Bac Giang and Hai Duong provinces to perform this task.
Yen Tu Monuments and Landmarks Complex includes historical and cultural relics associated with the birth, formation and development of the Tran dynasty (1225-1400) and Truc Lam Zen in Vietnam. These relics are located on the territory of three provinces of Bac Giang, Hai Duong and Quang Ninh.
