(VOVWORLD) - The Vinh Long provincial People’s Court would like to inform Ms. NGUYEN KIMI (Nguyen Thi Thanh Kim Hue) on the divorce case filed by Mr. Ta Minh Kiet.
Ms. NGUYEN KIMI (Nguyen Thi Thanh Kim Hue) was born in 1975. Her address is 16539 Densmore Ave N Shoreline, WA 98133, USA.
Mr. Ta Minh Kiet, born in 1974, lives at No 87, Dong Phu Hamlet, Ngai Tu Commune, Tam Binh District, Vinh Long Province.
In the Decree of Divorce No. 24/2022/HNGĐ-ST dated May 30, 2022, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
Pursuant to: Article 51, 56, 19, 123, and 127 of the of the 2014 Vietnamese Law on Marriage and Family; Article 147, 153, 227, 469, 477, and 479 of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code; Resolution No. 326/2016/UBTVQH 14 dated December 30, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Court decision was stated as follow:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Ms. NGUYEN KIMI (Nguyen Thi Thanh Kim Hue) and Mr. Ta Minh Kiet are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Children and shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement.
3. Court fee: Mr. Ta Minh Kiet has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0003369 dated July 06, 2021 by the Vinh Long Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mr. Ta Minh Kiet already paid.
4. - Judicial entrustment fee: Mr. Ta Minh Kiet has to pay 200,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0003372 dated September 24, 2021 of the Vinh Long Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mr. Ta Minh Kiet already paid the amount.
- Mr. Ta Minh Kiet has already paid the judicial entrustment charge of 95 USD.
- Mr. Ta Minh Kiet has already paid the notice posting fee of 2,000,000 VND.
Mr. Ta Minh Kiet has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Ms. NGUYEN KIMI (Nguyen Thi Thanh Kim Hue) to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
If Ms. NGUYEN KIMI (Nguyen Thi Thanh Kim Hue) chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Vinh Long Provincial People’s Court, No. 500, Phuoc Nguon A group, Phuoc Hau commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province, Vietnam.
If there is no response from Ms. NGUYEN KIMI (Nguyen Thi Thanh Kim Hue) after one month, the Court’s decision will come into effect.
