100 scientists recommend solutions for Quang Ninh catching up with Industry 4.0
(VOVWORLD) - More than 100 overseas Vietnamese scientists and technology experts have discussed solutions for QuangNinh province to approach the 4th industrial revolution. Participants recommended Quang Ninh to shift from the industry sector to a service based economy, and apply high-tech in tourism.

Associate Professor, Doctor Ho Anh Van, from Japan’s Institute of Advanced Technology and Science, told a meeting in QuangNinh on Wednesday: “It’s necessary to have a clear roadmap for achieving technological goals. QuangNinh should identify their demands and human resource training capability to meet higher development. Human resource is the key factor to implement the 4th industrial revolution.”
The meeting in Quang Ninh province was part of the Vietnam Innovation Network program, where Overseas Vietnamese and domestic scientists exchange visions and strategies for scientific and technological development, in the sectors that Vietnam needs to accelerate in the coming time.
