(VOVworld) – 13 laws became effective from January 1, 2015. They will help to increase the scope of health insurance, allow surrogacy for humanitarian purposes, exempt corporate income taxes on processed agricultural and fishery products, increase the control of construction quality, and avoid ineffective investment and wastefulness. The 13 revised laws include the Employment Law, the Health Insurance Law, the law on taxes, the Law on Marriage and Family, the Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine, the Law on Notary, the Customs Law, the Construction Law, the Law on Public Investment, the Law on In-land Waterway Transportation, the Law on Environmental Protection, the Law on the Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residency of Foreigners in Vietnam, and the Law on Bankruptcy.
