Cabinet members agreed that the socio-economy improved in November compared to previous months. In November, processing and manufacturing were up 11.9% from last year, retail and consumer service revenues were up 8.5%, and the consumer price index fell 0.01%. The macro-economy was stable and inflation was under control last month.

Minister Dung said the Government will persist toward its targets, continue to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, and turn challenges into growth opportunities. The Government has asked for rigorous studies on the effects of COVID-19 in order to work out solutions and policies for the short, medium, and long term.
