Khanh Hoa province has some 1,000 high capacity fishing boat which could run offshore for days. Le Teo Dung owns a fishing boat heading to the high sea in Truong Sa: “I hope for a bumper fishing crop after Tet. I expect to travel for 20 days in my first season in the New Year.”
