He said: “The Prime Minister has asked the Ministry of Industry and Trade and other relevant agencies to work on a Decree to help support industries. The Government will issue a number of policies to help support industries including a national program or fund to support businesses in this field. The State will also increase cooperation with experienced countries like Japan and the Republic of Korea, but the businesses themselves must play a decisive role in the development of support industries.”
