(VOVWORLD) - A photo exhibition to mark the 25th anniversary of Vietnam-US diplomatic ties is underway in Dong Ha city, Quang Tri province.

50 photos feature landmark cooperation events between the two countries and Quang Tri province and the US in particular over the past 25 years.
During the war, Quang Tri province was the demarcation line separating the South and North Vietnam. In peace time, Quang Tri is a model in cooperation with the US, especially in resolving the aftermath of unexploded landmine and ordnance, educational exchange, support for people with disability and victims of Agent Orange/ Dioxin, and search for American MIAs.
