Dang Dinh Thang, chief of the Dong Trieu economic division, said: “Local farmers are harvesting their winter crop and preparing for the 2018 spring crop. Near-shore fishermen in Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, set sail on Sunday. Phu Hai, Mui Ne, Duc Long, and Tien Thanh fish markets turned hectic again. Fresh sea food generated good income for farmers at the very first catch of the year. Le Quoc Giao, who lives in Duc Long ward, said: “I head for the open sea at 9 hours last night and got back at 5 hours this morning. I earned enough money from this first catch and feel very happy now”.
