At an online workshop on the government portal Thursday, representatives of Vietnamese universities said they have posted information on their academic programs, as well as registration procedures. Students can choose from many courses conducted in English and joint programs with foreign universities.

Mr. Nguyen Phong Dien, Head of the Training Department of the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, said: “There are many options for overseas students. They can be transferred from other universities or can sit for an entrance exam to our university. The entrance exams are based on standard criteria such as SAT, ACT, or A-level certificate. After completion, students will receive certificates equivalent to those of foreign universities”.
