(VOVworld) – A seminar on developing sustainable agricultural value chains began in Ben Tre province on Tuesday.

Vice-chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan stressed the importance of developing effective agricultural production models: “Vietnam’s signing of the TPP will pose opportunities and challenges to agricultural development. We should find the best way to achieve sustainable growth and implement value chain programs in the production, processing, and sales of agro-forestry and fisheries products.”
