Professor Trinh Quan Huan, a senior expert of the Ministry of Health said: "The H7N9 virus can spread like the H5N1 virus but the level of its toxicity is lower. However, the World Health Organization has not found any explanation for the many cases detected and whether there has been any mutation so far. Therefore, the links between supervision and treatment organizations at home must be strengthened. Any cases of avian flu must be hospitalized immediately."
