According to Nguyen Hai Minh, Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Federation, the world is evolving quickly as a result of the blooming development in science-technology and innovations. Digital transformation is essential to every nation and economy. Minh said digital transformation poses challenges but brings in huge opportunities. Vietnam aspires to become a high-income developed nation by 2045. This requires a breakthrough in the use and training of human resources. Young intellects and researchers have fueled digital transformation by making contributions and proposals in the policy making process.
