Restrictions of CO2 emission during construction and the development of green projects will benefit the society and environment, and lead the construction sector to sustainable growth. Phan Thi My Linh, Deputy Minister of Construction, said green project development is part of the government’s green growth strategy and that the Ministry will issue green project criteria: “We define green project green architecture which is adaptable to climate change and uses wind or solar energy and environmentally-friendly materials.”
