(VOVWORLD) -Vietnam will complete the construction of at least 1 million apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers by 2030, according to a Government Office notice on Wednesday.

The notice informs Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s conclusion of at an online conference on developing social housing for workers and low-income people.
He requested ministries, sectors and localities to fine-tuning the legal system related to social housing development and management, housing for workers and low-income people, and housing for experts in industrial parks and high-tech zones.
The People's Committees of the provinces and cities must include housing development targets into the 5-year and annual socio-economic development plan and create a favorable environment for land administrative procedures, the notice said.
