(VOVworld) – The 2014 festival of vanguard teenagers opened on Sunday Ho Chi Minh City, attracting 1,000 participants from 24 districts. The festival which was organized by the Ho Chi Minh city’s Youth Union provided a playground for vanguard teenagers to meet and exchange experience. There were skill contests, performances, folk games and calligraphy.
