A special prize was awarded to Diep Gia Dang of Can Tho for his invention of an “Imitating robot”. Dang said: “The robot can memorize and repeat human actions. It is controlled by a computer, and can replace people in dangerous tasks or short, repetitive tasks in industrial production. I hope this robot will attract investment to improve it so it can be used as soon as possible.”

The contest encouraged and recognized passionate young people who will be the inventors of the future.
