Attending the event were over 200 delegates from Vietnamese ministries, Embassies and the Vietnam Friendship Associations with Latin American countries.

The event aimed to promote cultures of Latin American countries, intensify solidarity and friendship between peoples of Vietnam and the regional nations, and boost people-to-people diplomacy of Hanoi capital city.

Vice President of the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organisations Tran Thi Phuong said the music gala is to show Vietnam’s gratitude toward friends form Latin America.
