At the congress, 161 delegates were elected to the Executive Board of the VGCL and Mr. Bui Van Cuong was re-elected the President of the VGCL for the 12th tenure from 2018 to 2023. Mr. Cuong said: “Being elected is a great honor also but heavy responsibility for us. We will exert further efforts to fulfill our tasks. We will bring into play solidarity to realize resolutions of the Party and those adopted at the 12^th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.”
