(VOVworld) - The Prime Minister has issued a plan to simplify administrative procedures and cut at least 25% of related fees. A major task for 2015 will be simplifying 13 groups of administrative procedures. These include regulations on fishery exports, establishing health care units, college recruitment and post-graduate recruitment, and State employee recruitment. The plan requires authorities at all levels to publish administrative procedures on the national database website. All legal documents regarding the simplification of administrative procedures must be completed by the end of the year.
