(VOVworld) – The 14^th session of the Hanoi municipal People’s Council convened on Tuesday. In his address, National Assembly chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung asked the administration and people of Hanoi to implement measures to stabilize the macro economy and overhaul socio-economic development planning by 2020 with a vision to 2030. He said that greater efforts should be made to simplify administrative procedures, increase competitiveness, and improve the performance of the People’s Council.
