(VOVworld) - The Law Committee of the 14th National Assembly convened its first plenary meeting yesterday/Monday. The Committee has one Chairwoman, four Vice Chairs, three standing members, and 31 other members as approved by the NA Standing Committee.

Chairwoman Le Thi Nga said the NA Law Committee will continue to promote the achievements of previous tenures and improve its performance to contribute to the National Assembly and national development.
The 1st meeting of the NA Committee on Social Affairs opened on Monday, discussing its draft agenda until the 2nd session of the National Assembly and key tasks for this tenure. Chairwoman Nguyen Thuy Anh said the Committee will examine some draft laws and ordinances and enhance its role in monitoring and deciding national issues.
