(VOVworld) – Culture and art activities took place at the 3^rd Vietnam-China Border Defense Friendship Exchange on Monday in Lang Son province.

General Phung Quang Thanh and Senior Lieutenant General Chang Wanquan reviewed the guards-of-honor of the Vietnam People’s Army.

Minister of National Defense General Phung Quang Thanh and Chinese Minister of National Defense Senior Lieutenant General Chang Wanquan co-chaired the event. Meeting in Hanoi on Sunday, the two Ministers said that Vietnam-China relations have developed positively and bilateral cooperation in national defense has been maintained and seen practical results.
