She was speaking at a ceremony on Friday evening to mark the 40^th anniversary of Con Dao Special National Relic and to present the relic with the Labour Order, third class. 

"I believe the local authorities will do their best to fulfill all assigned tasks to further develop Con Dao into a popular destination that attract visitors for its beauty and historical past as well as an inspirational symbol to educate the younger generations of their predecessors’ revolutionary traditions," said Ms. Thinh.
