High-quality works will contribute to the development of literature and art among Vietnam’s ethnic minorities
(VOVworld) – The 5th Congress of the Literature and Arts Association of Vietnamese Ethnic Minorities will take place in Hanoi on December 1 and 2. At Monday’s press briefing, writer Do Kim Cuong, Standing Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Alliance of Literature and Arts Associations of Vietnam, said the congress will focus on personnel training and nurturing young talent in the Central, Central Highlands, and the South-eastern region.
Participants will also discuss establishing the incentive policy, honoring outstanding compositions, and veteran writers and artists who have made great contributions to the development of literature and art among Vietnam’s ethnic minorities.
The association will continue to create more high-quality works during the 2014-2019 term.
