(VOVworld) – Russia’s Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh city held a ceremony to mark the 65^th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Russia on Friday. Consul General Aleksei Vladimirovich Popov said that approximately 5,000 Vietnamese people are studying and trained in Russia and that cultural cooperation between the two countries has been expanded. Vice chairman of HCM city’s People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem said the city is ready to support Russian businesses and investors who want to do long-term investments in the city.
