Ho Chi Minh City, the epicenter of the ongoing coronavirus wave, led Monday’s caseload with 5,997 infections, followed by Binh Duong (733), Dong Nai (259), Tien Giang (201), Dong Thap (135), and Hanoi (81). The remaining cases were in 20 other provinces and cities. 

Vietnam has so far reported more than 106,000 COVID-19 cases including more than 21,000 recoveries. 

4.6 million doses of COVID-19 have been administered in the country.
