Acting President receives Ambassadors of Switzerland, Malaysia, Cambodia
(VOVWORLD) -Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan on Wednesday received the Swiss Ambassador, Malaysian Ambassador, and Cambodian Ambassador, who came to present the Credentials.

Talking to Swiss Ambassador Thomas Gass, Acting President Xuan suggested the two countries continue to closely coordinate and support each other at multilateral forums; promote the exchange of delegations at all levels; encourage Swiss businesses to make long-term investments in Vietnam in green growth, digital transformation, circular economy, manufacturing industry, high-tech agriculture, and education and training.

Meeting with Malaysian Ambassador Tan Yang Thai, the Acting President suggested that the Malaysian Ambassador promote the exchange of delegations this year, the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries; boost people-to-people exchanges and tourism cooperation; and strive to increase trade turnover to 18 billion USD soon.

Receiving Chea Kimtha, the first female Ambassador of Cambodia to Vietnam, Acting President Xuan said she believed that the Ambassador would have a successful term, contributing to developing the two countries' relations under the motto of good neighborliness, traditional friendship, comprehensive, long-term and sustainable cooperation.
