Activities to mark one year of MH 17 crash
(VOVworld) – A year after Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 was shot down over Ukraine, killing 298 passengers and crew, the cause remains unknown.

Various events took place on Friday to mark one year since the MH 17 crash. Families of the victims are still seeking justice while international leaders are taking into consideration of a possibility of organizing an international court to investigate the incident. A ceremony to commemorate the event was held in the village of Grabovo in Ukraine where the plane was shot down. The self-proclaimed Republic of Donetsk held a prayer ceremony for the victims and opened an exhibition about the accident site. In the Netherlands, the names of the 298 passengers and crew who died aboard Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 were read aloud by relatives on Friday.
