(VOVworld)-Ho Chi Minh City has hosted a ceremony to grand awards to young people following Ho Chi Minh’s moral example. 78,000 entries have been submitted since the launching of the contest last December.

In Hanoi, an exhibition of 120 art works opens depicting Ho Chi Minh’s route to national salvation, Communist Party of Vietnam foundation, national unity and independence. Painter Do Manh Cuong: “Ho Chi Minh’s topic is diverse and I need to study thoroughly before start painting. The “Ho Chi Minh with the teenagers” painting depicts children from all ethnic group, reflecting Ho Chi Minh’s moral example, simplicity and popularity.”

Free movies about Ho Chi Minh were on screen in Hanoi. Similar exhibitions with books about Ho Chi Minh and review of movement to follow his moral example have opened in Nghe An, Binh Dinh and Phu Yen provinces.
