AFF Suzuki Cup: Vietnam defeats Laos 3-0 in opener
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam beat Laos 3-0 in its first Group A match of the ASEAN Federation Football (AFF) Suzuki Cup 2018, which took place in Vientiane on Thursday.

The goals were scored by Nguyen Cong Phuong, Nguyen Anh Duc, and Nguyen Quang Hai.
Vietnam now tops Group A, followed by Malaysia which beat Cambodia 1 – 0 the same day.
The AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 will continue until December 15 with 26 matches among 10 teams. Vietnam is in Group A with Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos.
