(VOVworld)-Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has urged for all available resources to minimize the consequences of flooding, which is wreaking havoc on the central region. “Relevant authorities at all levels need to coordinate with local people to rebuild houses for the victims. Focus should also be placed on restoring infrastructure and preparing for the winter-spring crop”, Mr. Phuc said.
Since October, torrential rains and subsequent flooding have left more than 100 people dead or missing and injured 120 others in the central region.
