APEC exhibition on agriculture
(VOVWORLD) - An APEC exhibition on food products and new agriculture technology opened Monday in Can Tho city, during an APEC week for food security and sustainable agriculture in response to climate change.

Vietnam has 8 stalls showcasing advanced technologies for higher productivity and product quality and climate change adaptation and saline intrusion in the Mekong Delta. Mr. Dao Danh Dung, Vice Chairman of the Can Tho People’s Committee said: “With a shared aim of eco-agriculture, the exhibition is an occasion for APEC members to introduce new products and new techniques to adapt to climate change, boost cooperation, and encourage application of technology in agricultural production to improve manufacturing to raise productivity and product quality, and ensure food security and nutrition.”
