The festival to celebrate APEC Vietnam 2017 opened in Hanoi on Wednesday.
Themed “Creating New Dynamism, Fostering a Shared Future”, the event aims to connect cultures and foster mutual understanding among APEC members, and promote an Asia-Pacific community of peace, stability, dynamic development, and prosperity.
11 films, including 2 documentaries and 9 feature films from APEC members will be screened.
