APEC members support APEC Year 2017 in Vietnam
(VOVworld) – Enterprises and members of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) have shown strong support for APEC Year 2017 to be held in Vietnam.

At the 24th APEC Summit, which concluded in Peru on Monday, Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh said hosting APEC Year 2017 is a priority of Vietnam’s external activities, demonstrating Vietnam’s desire to boost its international integration and multilateral foreign affairs. APEC leaders welcomed the theme “Creating New Dynamism, Fostering a Shared Future” and its plan of activities throughout 2017. They all anticipated that next year will see APEC regain its economic and trade growth, expand cooperation to fresh areas, and deepen regional economic links for the development of each member country. A number of APEC members said they want to upgrade their partnership with Vietnam.
