(VOVworld) – An art-performance called “Joining hands to ease the pain of Agent Orange/ dioxin” took place on Sunday in Ho Chi Minh City in anticipation of the Day for Vietnamese A/O dioxin victims on August 10
th. Nguyen Duc, an AO/dioxin victim in Ho Chi Minh City, said:
"Agent/Orange victims like us now enjoy much better lives thanks to the support of the community, and particularly the donors. I hope we’ll succeed in our campaign to find justice for AO victims."
The event marks the 10
th anniversary of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange in Ho Chi Minh City. On this occasion, the Association was awarded the Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit. Founded in March, 2005, the Association has provided support to more than 5000 Agent Orange/ dioxin victims.
