(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations has successfully applied new technologies to develop agricultural and rural areas and improving the capacity to respond to climate change and care for community health.
Pham Van Tan, the Union’s Secretary General, addressed a conference in Hanoi on Tuesday: “This year, we’ll try to attract more intellectuals and scientists who can participate in the union’s activities in serving national development. We’ll also consolidate the apparatus of the union in all 63 provinces and cities. Activities to promote consultation, criticism, and social assessment in line with the Prime Minister’s newly issued regulations will be enhanced.”
