(VOVworld)-Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has urged Bac Kan authorities to work harder to close the province’s development gap with other localities.

Bac Kan is honored with the Independence Order First Class

Addressing a meeting to celebrate 20 years of Bac Kan’s re-establishment, Mr. Hue said focus should be placed on promoting culture and ensuring social equality and security.
“Bac Kan should continue to improve its business and investment climate and competitiveness, and boost administrative reform. It’s important to improve the administrative apparatus and personnel, and remove barriers facing businesses and investors”, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue noted.

The Deputy Prime presented the Independence Order First Class to Bac Kan authorities and people.
