Banks, businesses cooperate to overcome pandemic
(VOVWORLD) - The State Bank of Vietnam and Hanoi’s People’s Committee co-organized a conference to connect banks and businesses to support clients affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Dao Minh Tu asked agencies to review policies and offer necessary conditions for business activities and credit organizations in the current situation. They are asked to facilitate businesses and individuals in response to negative impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Mr. Tu suggested them to enhance cashless transactions and reduce e-payment fees: “The State Bank will organize conferences between its branches in major localities and businesses to discuss problems and solutions. We’ll collect recommendations to revise policies and mechanisms and discuss other misunderstanding issues.”
