(VOVWORLD) -The much awaited “Blackpink World Tour 2023” will go ahead as planned in Hanoi’s My Dinh Stadium for two nights with 36,000 seats sold for Saturday and 31,000 for Sunday.

The concert is a major cultural event as Blackpink is the current leading South Korean girl group loved by young people, Vice Chairwoman of Hanoi People’s Committee Vu Thu Ha said.
The tour has been held in many countries around the world and if successfully held in Hanoi, it will help to promote the city as a safe and friendly destination.
Hanoi authority has tasked departments and localities to ensure security and safety for the event.
