(VOVworld) – On Sunday, Bolivia’s National Electoral Council said that they had postponed announcing the result of the referendum on constitutional reform to allow President Evo Morales to run for the next term in 2019.

The Council said the referendum results would be announced on Monday. According to Bolivian laws, referendum results are allowed to be announced within 7 days. President Morales has broken the record, after 10 years of ruling the country. Under his rule, Bolivia has been a dynamic and stable economy in South America.
