After a meeting Tuesday with the top US diplomat in Bolivia, Charge d’Affaires Peter M. Brennan, Morales said Bolivia is ready for dialogues to rebuild its ties with the US. Brennan said the two sides share a will to cooperate and said they can cooperate effectively in trade, education, technology, the environment, and human rights.
