(VOVWORLD) - A virtual book fair and exhibition is underway at
www.book365.vn to mark the 110th year since President Ho Chi Minh left Vietnam on June 5 to go on a journey around the world looking for ways to liberate Vietnam from colonial rule.

Launched on Friday, the event is being held by the Ministry of Information and Communications in partnership with the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Hoang Vinh Bao, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, said the exhibition, scheduled to run through June 15, displays valuable publications and archives telling the stories of President Ho Chi Minh’s life and career.
He added it also shows the importance of Uncle Ho’s determination to find a way for national independence, the leadership role of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh in the two wars for national independence, and raises the awareness and responsibility of people of all walks of life, especially the young generation, in following his ideology, morality, and lifestyle.
