Book Festival underway in ancient Hoi An town
(VOVworld) – A 4-day book festival is underway in Hoi An city with many exciting activities in response to Vietnam’s Book Day April 21st. Local artists arranged hundreds of books in the shapes of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the symbol of Hoi An, the Bridge Pagoda.

Head of the festival organizing board, Nguyen Van Lanh said: "The festival’s main objective is to encourage the reading habit and then develop a reading culture in Hoi An. The festival targets school children with the hope to nurture a love for reading among them."
The book festival also reserves a place for books on Truong Sa and Hoang Sa archipelagos.
