Entitled “Vietnam-Soviet Union: Vietnam's struggle for peace. Paris Conference”, the book is comprised of nearly 200 documents from different sources.
The book is arranged into 3 parts. The first part highlights the peace efforts by Vietnam and the Soviet Union before the Paris talks. The second part focuses on the Paris conference, a historic negotiation, and the Soviet Union's support for Vietnam. The third part concerns the 1973 Paris Peace Accords which ended the war and restored peace in Vietnam.
The book, in both Vietnamese and Russian, gives an insight into the Paris Peace Negotiation and Paris Peace Agreement and its contributions to consolidating the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia.
