Boosting cooperative ties between Vietnam, Czech Republic
(VOVworld) – National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan met Voj Tech Fillip, President of the Czech-Morava Communist Party and Vice Chairman of the Lower House on Tuesday as part of her official visit to the Czech Republic.
Ms. Ngan applauded the support by the Czech-Morava Communist Party to the policies of the Czech government and parliament on strengthening relations with Vietnam. She said Vietnam treasures the friendship and comprehensive cooperation with its traditional friends in Central Europe, including the Czech Republic and consider the relationship between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Czech-Morava Communist Party a precious asset of the two countries. The top legislator said she hopes the Czech-Morava Communist Party continues to boost the comprehensive ties between Vietnam and the Czech Republic, particularly between localities.
Mr. Fillip said the upcoming visit to Vietnam by the Czech Republic’s President will open new directions in bilateral ties, saying that the Czech-Morava Communist Party is the closest and most trustworthy friend of Vietnam.
