Cambodia receives radio transmitters from Vietnam
(VOVWORLD) -Cambodia’s Ministry of Information held a ceremony in Phnom Penh on Friday to receive six radio transmitters granted by the Vietnamese Government to local radio and television stations.

At the handover ceremony, Cambodian Minister of Information Khieu Kanharith thanked the Vietnamese Government for assisting the country’s media sector, particularly in providing experts and equipment. In 2015, also through Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV), the Vietnamese Government donated 15 radio transmitters to Cambodia to help local authorities spread the Cambodian Government’s policies and laws among residents.
