Cambodian PM’s Vietnam visit to advance historical friendship: official
(VOVWORLD) - Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen’s visit to Vietnam from Thursday to Saturday is sure to be a success, helping enhance the historical friendship between the two countries, according to a Cambodian official.

Spokesman of the Cambodian Council of Ministers Phay Siphan told Vietnam News Agency correspondents that the Cambodian PM is scheduled to meet with Vietnamese leaders and witness the signing of many bilateral cooperation agreements. He said that Vietnam and Cambodia have demonstrated the steady development of their increasingly global attitudes. Cambodia is learning from Vietnam’s development experience, he said, stressing that the country always wants to cooperate with Vietnam, especially in economics. He said Cambodia pursues peace and dialogues and wants to settle differences through dialogues based on international law.
