Car bomb attack kills 13 in Afghanistan
(VOVWORLD) -At least 13 people were killed and 18 others, mostly civilians, were wounded on Sunday when a suicide car bomber struck an Afghan army convoy in southern Helmand province.

The attack took place at a supermarket in the Nawa district. There has been fierce fighting over the last few weeks in this region between government forces and the Taliban.
