Pham Tien Nam, Vice President of the Vietnam Farmer’s Union, said, “In order to develop cashless transactions, people should understand payment tools to be reassured to use them. Communications should be specified so people can choose the most beneficial service. It’s necessary to develop retail payment solutions, including card and online payment at hospitals, schools, and bus and train stations.”
